Program & Dinner Registration

Please enter below one contact person as well as indicate the number of meals for each dinner/speaker event:
 


To make your experience more realistic, you can purchase themed-meals to accompany each lecture.  Each dinner order includes one salad and one main course.  Please enter the total number of meals you are ordering where indicated, and then indicate the number of each salad and main courses you are selecting.  The total number of salad/main course selections cannot be greater than the number of meals ordered.  (no substitutions please - thank you!).

At the bottom of the registration page, you will have an opportunity to make a donation to TOMCHEI SHABBOS.  Your voluntary donation will be forwarded to them (see below for more).

Dinner #1-January 12th-Mexico!!- Closed to Orders

   TACO SALAD: Crisp Romaine topped with Chopped Tomatoes, Onions and Cucumber with Crispy Taro Chips with a side of Lime Cilantro Dressing
   CORN SALAD: Corn Black Bean, Coriander, and Cherry Tomotaoes with a Creamy Rich Avocado Dressing
   CHICKEN ENCHILADAS ON MEXICAN DIRTY RICE: Corn Tortillas filled with Pulled BBQ Chicken with Tri-Color Peppers and Onions rolled and baked in a Tomato Taco Sauce topped with Parve Jack Cheese served with a side of Charred Corn Dirty Rice
   VEGAN ENCHILADA ON MEXICAN DIRTY RICE: Corn Tortillas filled with Tri-Color Peppers and Onions rolled and baked in a Tomato Taco Sauce topped with Parve Jack Cheese served with a side of Charred Corn Dirty Rice

   WILD MAGIC MUSHROOM SALAD: Baby Kale with Charred Heirloom Tomatoes and Roasted Yellow Peppers topped with Garlic Roasted Honey Mushrooms, Baby Portabellas and Chanterelles with an Aged Balsamic Dressing
   CANADIAN BARLEY SALAD: Roasted Barley, Cranberries and Apple atop Crisp Baby Kale with Roasted Onions and tossed in a Cider Vinaigrette
   MAPLE CANDIED SALMON: Oven Roasted Canadian Maple Baked Salmon Fillet on a bed of Parsnip Mash with Fresh Forest Herbs and Roasted Green Zucchini Bavettes

   CHICKPEA SALAD: Chickpeas, Cucumber, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and Green Olives in a Lemon Vinaigrette
   CHICKEN SHAWARMA SKEWERS: Grilled Chicken Skewers on a bed of Basmati Rice with a Cauliflower Tabouleh and topped with Lemon Tahini Sauce
   TRADITIONAL FALAFEL PLATE: Crispy Chickpea Falafel served with Hummus, Cabbage, Arugula topped with Lemon Tahini Dressing

DINNER #4 - APRIL 13TH - BRAZIL
Cutoff to order Sunday, April 11th

   TURRO PALM SALAD: Hearts of Palm, Chopped Tomatoes, Green Onions and Fresh Parsley in a Lemon Vinaigrette
   CHICKPEA SALAD: Chickpeas, Cucumber, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and Green Olives in a Lemon Vinaigrette
   BRAZILIAN COCONUT CHICKEN: Chicken Breast and Sweet Peppers braised in Coconut Cream and served on Steamed White Rice
   ROASTED FILLET OF SALMON: Salmon topped with a Chimichurri Sauce atop Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Yellow Peppers and Wilted Greens

We recognize that many people are having a difficult time during the Covid lockdowns with being able to provide for their family.  We are proud to partner with Tomchei Shabbos, a Toronto-based charity that works to provide food to impoverish families for Shabbat and during the week.  Your optional donation will be forwarded to them to help others who cannot afford their own meals.
